Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products or opened herbal inhalers are not eligible for return unless defective.
